Why it is important to take time for your self?

 




 Taking time for yourself has become a thought in today's hectic world where everyone appears to be preoccupied with their own career. We hardly ever have time to spend with others because we constantly have a to-do list waiting for us.

A study found that when asked if they had finished the task for the day, 80% of respondents said "No," leaving the rest for tomorrow. People often say that "life ends. However, the task is not done”. Lack of time will always be your excuse, regardless of your occupation, whether you're an employee, business owner, homemaker, athlete, or long-distance worker. You won't be able to make time for yourself as long as you don't trip over while working. Giving yourself some time will help you work more effectively. Work is a part of life. Finding time to travel in today's hectic world is also quite challenging, yet doing so is essential to living a long and healthy life. On the weekends, it's wonderful to spend time with the family. Your mood is elevated. The fatigue of the entire week disappears after a brief time with the kids. Even so, you are not allowing yourself enough time.

When you are the last thing on your priority list and most people don't count yourself in it, you don't know that taking time for yourself is actually taking care of yourself and taking care of yourself is important and necessary. We tend to overlook the benefits .Including oneself on your to-do list can lead to lower stress levels, better health and an overall higher standard of living .

Taking time for yourself can have the following benefits.

4.       Enhances the capacity to take wiser decisions.

5.       Enhances memory.

Make an effort to devote two to three hours per day to yourself. If this is challenging, dedicate one day per week to yourself.

You can do a lot for yourself in your own time.

·         Spend a few minutes reading a great book. Spend a few minutes on the lawn or terrace and observe the sky and the vegetation. Housewives can take care of their own skin; take this opportunity to rest and recharge.

·         You must develop the habit of rising early in the morning if you feel that you don't have enough time for yourself. Sleep is obviously essential for being healthy. You'll have enough time for me time if you get up early in the morning. Send your husband to work and your kids to school if you're a stay-at-home mum, then put yourself first before taking care of other household duties. However, there are numerous advantages to rising early in the morning.

·         Add yoga and fitness to your daily routine. Exercise for a short while after waking up in the morning to improve the efficiency of your body, or sign up for a yoga class or a gym membership at any time of the day to lessen physical issues, exhaustion, despair, and anxiety. S

·         You must establish a limit, such as your departure time from the office, in order to make time for yourself.  Maintain a healthy balance between your personal and professional lives, and let your manager and company owner know your limitations on the first day of work so they won't pressure you to stay late at the office.

·         You are not a machine; you are a human being. Machines also include buttons for yes, no, and pause. Make it a practice to refuse. Don’t do not things you don't want to do when you are dead exhausted. and save time for your self.

·         Send your kids to their grandparents or a relative one day a week, or if your husband is home, ask him to take the kids to the park or watch them if he can. Give the kids at least four to five hours if he can't handle a whole day. Likewise, assist him when he require "me time."

Remember, if you don't take time for yourself, some invisible force will not hand you the gift of free time on a plate. Life is short. There is so much to do. Improve your health, then you can perform better. Give yourself quality time once a week.
